India and Conflict Affected States

This paper was originally prepared for the global consultation on ‘Conflict and Fragility and the Post-2015 Development Agenda’ in Liberia, November 2012. The brief sets out the position of India in conflict-affected states as an aid donor, in the context of foreign policy objectives and geopolitical leverage in relation to China, and commercial and energy opportunities.
