This report summarises the discussions that took place at the ORF ‘Mapping Experiences around International Development Cooperation: New Challenges and Opportunities’ (2013). Panel One aimed to present an overview of challenges and opportunities facing development cooperation. Panel Two was themed ‘Engagement in Conflict-Affected States’, and Panel Three was focused on the role of the private sector and civil society.
